About Apeiron Office Center

The careful refurbishment of this important office complex included replacement of both key street facades, replanning of the ground floor retail units, and the creation of a new office centre entrance via a passage connecting both adjacent streets via a new retail and cafe experience.

Our radical approach to the facade treatment using new black facade panels with subtle bronze accents was welcomed by the local heritage authorities due to their high quality and contextual reference to the industrial past of the site and nearby built environment. All windows were upgraded to exceed current thermal performance regulations, and solid facade areas were significantly improved in terms of their environmental performance qualities. Subsequently, in 2025, the building was awarded a BREEAM In Use Very Good certificate.

Internally, the public spaces were fully replanned to provide a timeless new interior design which is highly representative for the building’s exclusive tenants. Both street facades are now interconnected by a new passage through the heart of the building, meeting at the central shared entrance which is decorated with a dynamic and luxurious lobby concept normally associated with 5 star hotel and leisure facilities.

Construction work was carefully phased to create the least impact on tenants, with completion in the summer of 2019.
