The design seamlessly combines marketing and reception spaces, meeting rooms and open plan work zones, all complimented by extensive outdoor landscaped terraces. The innovative interior was produced by local craftsmen and made from local materials, reflecting the quality and vision of the client team. Floor to ceiling windows allow natural light to flood the interior, and transparent glass meeting spaces can easily adapt to provide privacy and screening using soft moveable sheers.

LED lighting is integrated in to the ‘cloud ceiling’ so that elements of the design appear to glow on the Černošice skyline during the evening, acting a local landmark and complimenting the town clock located on the external façade. The office environment flows naturally from space to space, revealing open landscapes and comfortable lounges, providing a rich variety of work and relaxation experiences.

All facilities such as the kitchen, washrooms, storage and ‘celebration bar’ are centrally enclosed by a rich timber curved form inspired by the nearby forests, and are manifested as pure white elements visually linking to the circular ceiling reflectors.

Recessed niches enable curated artwork and project exhibits to frequently change, reflecting the dynamic nature of IBS Rokal and their broad portfolio of projects.
